I've been homeschooling on and off for 4 years (the last 2 years consecutively) and my goal is to have my sons improve their reading comprehension.

I haven't homeschooled before. I wanted to homeschool my girls but back then had no idea about it. Now with my grandchildren I think its unsafe in the public schools plus I don't like the values they teach so we want to homeschool them

We've been homeschooling 3 years. This year I want to work on getting caught up. The last 2 years have been hard.

I have been homeschooling for 8 years and this year my goal is to have my oldest 2 caught up to their grade level. After years in public school I had a lot that I needed to reteach.

This is year 3 for this child and I did 6 years with an older one. I guess the goal for this year will be how to balance working hard after a rough year last year and still enjoying it.

I have been homeschooling for 5 years since my eldest was in K. My goal this year is to incorporate a formal geography and history program for my 1st, 2nd and 4th graders.

I have homeschooled for 3 years. My goals are to teach my 5 year old to read, and focus more on math with my 8 year old.

This is our first year homeschooling. Starting in the 3rd grade. And our golas this year are to establish a routine and get her over the hurdles of unlearn the ways she was taught some things to make it easier. So far it's working especially with math.

This is our first full year, we did the last half of last year after pulling our then first grader from public school. We have no concerns about school itself, as she is far above grade level and very curious. This year our goals are responsibility and focus.

I started to homeschool in 1992. I have seen public school, private school, and public school in action and found the homeschooling was the one true fit for our family.

One year. This year we start 1st grade and my goal is to be more relaxed. I learned a LOT from my first year. I don't have to be like everyone else. That's why we homeschool :)

My oldest is only 2 1/2 but he is being taught letters, numbers and colors. I am going to be homeschooling and would love the help with materials :)

We have been homeschooling for 8 years. This year my biggest goal is to enjoy the journey and relax a little more rather than stressing over perceived deadlines that I put on myself and my kids.
